These new standalone or lined gloves from Rab are made from midweight Polartec Power Stretch Pro fabrics. Power Stretch Pro differs from standard Power Stretch by having an incredibly tough and abrasion-resistant nylon outer fabric; the standard Power Stretch fabric uses a polyester outer fabric that will not withstand rigorous use and wear from backpacks or harnesses. Power Stretch Pro has a brushed fleece backing to maximize warmth and actively wick moisture away from the skin to dry extremely fast. Perfectly happy as a standalone glove as much as a lining, it provides a sticky rubber pattern on the palm for grip if worn as an outer glove, but also has a snug fit to maximize moisture control and allow an outer glove to fit over the top.
